Management

I've been a tenant for several years and have seen Managers come and go due to the lack of unprofessional demeanor. It has been a challenge for them to keep a good office manager. The current office manager is one of the most in sensitive, unprofessional, rude and demeaning manager I've seen so far. The manager exploits other tenants personal information.

We wanted change last year and current office manager was brought aboard due to the high volume of complaints due to last office manager. … Corporate definitely should be more tactful of choosing there manager. If there was a more diversity office setting in the building it would make a change for the better. People are afraid to come forward due to the fear of some type of retaliation treatment.

Over all it is a decent building to live in and great location and views of the lake. When you have a good building but bad management it doesn't make a great presentation for the Lake Village East apartment building.

They are under renovation and will not lease until Nov. or Dec...so the price on here will go up dramatically.

The Best in Hyde Park

Hi; My name is Victoria Clark, I have lived on both property Lake Village East and Greenwood Park Apartment. I have had a wonderful experience living on both property. The staff on the property really care about your needs. The property is well maintain, all you have to do is walk or drive by and you will see the beautiful up keep of the property. The bedrooms are very spacious and closet space is to dye for. I have never an any issues when it came to repairs even thought they were very small,… the maintenance are the best group of hard working people you will ever find, when it comes to repairs which are very small if any at all, they treat it as if it was a very big issue to make sure the problem don't return. The office staff are very supportive and nice to their tenants, and treat them as if they were their own family. A great place to live.

They never have 3 bedrooms available

I have been calling every month for over a year inquiring as to obtaining a 3 bedroom. They to date have not had any three bedroom available.
