Rosa is the property manager. This is a large complex which she is able to keep things in order and safe.
I've lived here over 3 years, improvements occur constantly. Upgrades are done on a regular basis. There are beautiful holiday decorations in place
I was amazed how quickly the snow was removed from sidewalks and parking lot.
Reasonable requests are handled immediately !
Natalia is great too. Rosa is kind but insists rules are followed.

Nothing but loud upstairs neighbors where you can hear everything and broken outlets and appliances...

Living here has been a nightmare. Since moving in my roommate and I have struggled with cockroaches, leaks from the ceiling, and now we can’t have packages delivered here because they are continuously stolen. This apartment is basically a slum and when we ask for help from management they either ignore our complaints or tell us to fix the problem ourselves. Save your money and move somewhere else.
