The office staff is always on top of everything whatever your needs may be and there many awesome amenities to choose from such as the gym, cooking/picnic area, pool and tennis courts. Thank you for always being available.

I'm so happy and grateful to live here. I have been here 8months .this will be my first christmas here. I'm so excited to spend my first christmas here this is my peaceful place to live and it's a vacation to me. Thank you so much and I hope everybody's have a wonderful christmas and great new year to you and your family's and friends employees too.

Great community, staff is very efficient & the maintenance are always prompt. We enjoy our amenities like the workout room and the pool in the summer when it’s hot out.

Awesome place to calling home!!! Have been for years living @ The Fairways and I LOVE IT. The community is wonderful, the stores super close, the metra station only walks away. Totally recommend it to live in these beautiful apts
