How Is This Rating Determined?

The environment is horrible and management team is rude and useless

The condition is bad for the building, there are lots of cockroaches in the room. The water is harmful: the shower water is light blue and the kitchen's water has a smell. It is quite noisy in the winter when the heating system works. The management team is not helpful, and the person is rude when you ask for help.

I have moved out after less than one year of living, and the only advantage I can think of is the location.
