Great Little Transitional apartment

I moved to my current apt after selling my lovely condo I owned for 15 years. I had lived in a high rise with views that were amazing.

My new space is closer to the ground.
• 1st Fl in a lovely courtyard on tree lined st. surrounded by large homes & graystones
•1 bd 1 Ba w/ shiny wood floors
•Nice, updated kitchen fits a large table
•crown moldings surround the spacious living area approx. 19'x11'
•3 large closets
•smallish bedroom, 10'x9.5'
•updated bath w/pedestal sink
•beautifully... maintained w/light accent paint to contrast with white moldings
•laundry steps away
•Safe, secure locked back entry
•close to subway, busses, grocery, restaurants, etc.
•$1095/mo
