Lovely apartments
Have lived here since the building has opened. The front desk staff and maintained team really make the building. Amenities and apartments are well put together too

Incredible Living Experience
Living at The Reed Southbank has been an absolute dream! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been continually impressed by the peaceful, serene atmosphere surrounding the building—it’s like having a quiet retreat in the middle of the city. The tranquility of the riverwalk, paired with the beauty of Southbank Park just steps away, creates a truly unique living experience.
The building itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the river and skyline that never get old.
The staff here truly go... above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. Gabi, in particular, is a standout—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile but the entire front desk team and JT and Spencer are amazing too. It’s so refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about the community they’re building.
And the maintenance team is wonderful . Any time I’ve submitted a request, Michael, Marven, and Fausto have responded incredibly quickly and resolved things efficiently.
If you're looking for a calm, beautiful place to call home in downtown Chicago with an amazing team behind it, The Reed Southbank is it. I can’t recommend it enough!
