    The Shelby - Great Apartment Experience

    The Shelby is a great place to live! Here are a couple of highlights & amenities for me!

    Location - About a block away from the Green Line CTA, which provides easy access to downtown. Walkable distance to Chinatown & Red Line CTA. Bus Line 3 & 4 run along Michigan.
    Parking - Assigned parking spots for residents and access is only for residents.
    Amenities - Lounge has pool table and bigger table for studying/work. Gym has all the necessities (treadmill, weights, bikes). Complimentary coffee    … machine in front lobby. Package room only accessed by residents.
    Apartment - In-unit laundry was a must for me! Covered and spacious patio.
    Staff - Property manager and staff have been excellent!

    The apartment has been partnering with local services: Avo & Fatpour. Also offers delivered dry cleaning - truly providing a luxury experience!
