Management engages resident in unprofessional manner
I will say, the property in itself is nice. The disappointing factor is how management interacted with me. I raised a concern, they dragged it on for 3 months before they tell me they can't resolve the issue and the best part is, when they did they blamed me for having, "unrealistic expectations" as opposed to taking accountability for the timeframe it took.
No resident should have to experience this or be talked to in this manner. Just tell me you can't meet my expectations (which are more... than reasonable based on the advice I received from others in the industry). Be professional about it. Don't be rude and insult the person who's giving you their business. Just classless behavior for an apartment complex that prides themselves in being high-end luxury apartments. Just my opinion.
