My mother has it beautifully decorated in her own personal way, and is so happy to share the home with a couple or small family who is in need of a shorter term lease (up to a year, potentially). You would take care of your own utilities cost, electrical, water , sewer (easy to put in your own name). Lovely place that my mother is not currently using so we are happy to see someone else appreciate it. We have some of my mothers things stored at the far end of the family room downstairs and there is one small room that is packed with my fathers things so its off limits, but was just a small space anyway.There is no dishwasher in the kitchen (my mother wanted to do it all by hand) but the loveliness of the home makes up for that inconvenience.
