The place is quiet, we have enough space to park, guest passes are a good tool, it is not necessary to go to the office to request a pass every time someone comes to visit, for that we have six authorized guest stickers, each month

My apartment itself is nice, though the walls are paper thin and I hear far too much of my neighbors’ activities. The new management has done a lot of work, but we have been without a way to let people into our building for over a month, yet the building door is still not secure, the squirrel damage on my balcony was spray painted over instead of addressed and they are absolutely terrible about responding to communication. It took 5 full days to get a response to a complaint of no water in my... unit.


I asked a few months ago about a bicycle rack since there is no storage space available and was told there is one rack for the entire community, which is ridiculous. There are no recycling initiatives, it’s disappointing how little is done to be eco-conscious.
