Wonderful apartments and service

Green Trails Apartments is the best complex I have ever dealt with. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are caring and have worked with my family and me to navigate a very difficult time. The property manager, Iteaanna, and the leasing manager, Sharie, provide top-notch customer service. I am grateful for their help. The apartments are very clean; the complex is well-kept. I would recommend these apartments and townhomes to anyone. All of the staff that I have encountered,... including maintenance, are very professional and helpful. Thank you, Green Trails Apartments!

Great Location, Everything Else is Meh

The location of these apartments is really nice, with a walkable lake and trail very close by and the athletic park as well.

The apartments themselves are meh.
The walls and floor/ceilings are thin, so my upstairs neighbors have become my new alarm clock since as soon as they wake up I can hear them walking around.
Maintenance comes quickly, but whether or not they fix your problem or if they say "huh let me come back with something else" and never come back is a gamble.
Office people are nice... . Honestly everyone is nice here, but they are not focused on trying to fix anything, only appear pleasant

Green Trails Apartments is a great place to call home. Been living here for nearly two years. The community itself is safe and quiet, and the green spaces are plentiful, which is great if you have a dog, or simply enjoying walking around. It's quite close to the heart of Naperville, without being so close that noise levels become an issue. It's nicely located and within a short drive of many different grocery stores, restaurants and other places of interest. The maintenance team is prompt and... very friendly. My biggest complaint is that the washer/dryer is much smaller than it should be, which makes washing clothing quite a hassle. The fitness area is also smaller than I'd like and can get easily crowded. Even so, the positive aspects far outweigh the negative ones. A great place to call home!

Hreen Trails Apartments is well maintained place in quiet and nice environment. School is in walking distance. People in the office are wery nice, looks like they like the job. Green Trails Apartments offers fine living for all while other places claim it as a premium. (Washer-Dryer in the unit, marble kitchen desk.)
