WORST place to live EVER

Aside from being shown a different unit than provided, new managements inability to handle any work orders, peet infestations, lowest interior quality than all of Naperville, trash everywhere, poor customer care, rude staff, accidentally double rented a unit, an entire unit left sitting totally fire damaged, a manager that refuses to work, and an abundance of legal issues, you would be a fool to move at the glenmuir. New management has made a terrible situation even worse. If you have any sense,… RUN!

Horrible management

Horrible management. Management has no clue what they're doing and work orders never get completed. We have had a drier broken for the last three months and placed requests multiple times and no one ever came to fix it. We moved into a new apartment a few months back and the carpet was dirty, the paint job wasn't done, and even after multiple complaints no one ever came to see it. Toilet seats were broken, the fridge was broken even after showing pics they didn't do anything.
