Great Place to Live with Excellent Management
I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is modern, always clean, and the amenities are top-notch and well-maintained.
What really sets this place apart is the strong sense of community. Management team (Akya & Justin) goes above and beyond—not just in day-to-day support —but also by organizing regular events that bring residents together. It really makes the place feel welcoming and connected.

Love Living at Porter!
We moved from River North to Oak Park and had such a wonderful experience with the Porter team (aka Akya & Justin!) from beginning to end. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism so much! They also go above and beyond to plan & execute resident events. Thank you both for all you do!

Amazing place to live!
The move-in process was so smooth and fast — Justin and Akyra made everything super easy for my family and me. The building is pet-friendly, the neighbors are kind, and any maintenance issues are fixed the same day. The events they host are always fun and bring everyone together. Truly feels like home!

Great place to live
The building and amenities are great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is all very helpful and kind. The residents are all very friendly, and the outdoor sundeck is great in the summer.
