Apartment Building From Hell

Congratulations you managed to make the last great part of this building leave (Jackie). She has been amazing for all residents but I can’t say the same thing about this building from hell and even worse the management.

Everything great about this building has left and we all are too once we can get out of our leases from hell.

Zero rent reduction when maybe a month out of two years living here both elevators are not working at the same time seems criminal. You can only send so many “We… appreciate your patience” and “We apologize for the inconvenience” without any REAL action behind it before it feels like you’re mocking us. Your words at this point mean nothing.

The cherry on top of everything was the “random” gas leak which again if you’re going along with the theme included zero rent reduction. Residents were left without gas or hot water for days while management was so unprepared they had to ask for help from other building maintenance in surrounding buildings. Also if it wasn’t for Jackie management would have not even known there was a problem.

Living here is a danger to your health, mental well being, and wallet (City prices for Oak Park)

Stay away from this place at ALL costs. They don’t deserve a cent of your money.

Expensive but the staffing make up for it. I also enjoy the community events. I just wish they were held on weekends and not during the week.

The move in was easy and seamless. We told Santiago the dishwasher was leaking and he called a service technician who came out and fixed it within an hour.

Very nice apartment complex, staff is phenomenal.

However pretty pricey apartment, parking is an additional $160 a month per car, the elevator is frequently broken causing wait times up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. During the summer time around the perimeter of the apartment complex it does accumulated quite a bit of trash
