Loved this place

This was the first apartment that my now husband and myself lived in. It was amazing! The location is amazing, the building is beautiful the staff are always super nice and helpful. Its truly is a wonderful place for young couples. We would have stayed but, we bought our house!!! Would suggest this place to anyone.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

The apartment is clean and nice. The staff is awful, so bad that it's not worth living there. Tons of hidden fees and lack of communication. The maintenance is the worst I've ever dealt with (left trash in our apt., dented walls & counters). We even had a mold problem that was never addressed after multiple submitted requests. I would NOT recommend living here.

Love it here

We've been living here for almost 6 months now and love it. Office staff are seriously Awesome, (especially Phil & one of the managers) maintenance always fixes everything we need and are super friendly, there's a playground, tennis courts, really nice swimming pool & we use them all. They have a lot of grass area around the entire facility for my dog & I like that they have bags available to pick up after your dog as well. They keep the grounds very nice & every week it's maintained. It's easy… to get anywhere from here & were located close to freeway access. We absolutely love it here & I can safely say it's the best apt complex I've ever lived in.

Great place to live!!!

My husband has lived here almost 2 years. I live in another state and visit often. I have only lived in one other place in my life that equals this wonderful community.
We have a home but my husband is living here because of his wonderful job. When I call the office or go in I'm greeted by lovely people in the office. Rhonda has known my name and my husbands from the start, this is very impressive. We both feel as though we matter!
Our neighbors are really great too. While coming home… late evening from a trip and carrying suite cases up 3 flights of stair some eighbors visiter offered to help carry our bags up, WOW.
When calling maintenance you can count in swift friendly service.
Very happy and pleased that we have just signed another year lease!

Tons of storage and great management!

High ceilings, huge kitchen with tons of storage space, washer and dryer in suite, oversized bathroom and walk-in closet!! A one bedroom feels like two! Management is great and if anything breaks they come immediately to fix issue.
