Would not recommend...
Initially, the office staff were superb at responding quickly and providing very detailed information. I came in for a tour and was mostly impressed. Considering the age of the buildings, they seemed pretty well kept and the upgraded models are nice. I feel the price is quite high, upgraded or not, as there are brand new properties in the area renting for less. I was a little concerned about the construction, as they're in the process of flipping the rest of the units.
There is a nice gym, pool... , business center, conference room available to rent, package locker and either indoor or outdoor parking. Indoor parking is $85 if you have anything larger than a compact car. It's more than that, if you want an extra wide space.
I decided to apply and it all went downhill. I've never had an issue being approved for any apartment - and I've been a renter my entire adult life (so yea a lonnnng time). It should be noted, if you apply, they will tell you there's no minimum credit score required. There's also no security deposit. Plus, be prepared to spend $365 just to put in the application. They will get the credit and decision back in a matter of minutes. Then, if they don't like your credit, you will be ignored until they decide to contact you again. I followed up twice, was given a runaround for a week. If you don't cancel your application within 24 hours, you will forfeit your $300. You can either get a cosigner or a roommate if they don't like your credit - lol. Great options. The days of offering a lifetime of perfect rental history with zero issues, combined with a higher security deposit are apparently over. Great credit or no go... there seems to be no in between. They even told me flat out, that previous rental history isn't considered in their approval process. What?
One other thing is I had to sign like 10 pieces of paper, giving permissions for just about everything and including a background check. I've never had a criminal background check done in 10 minutes... which is all it took for my credit (and approval "with conditions") to come back.
If you have impeccable credit - never fear! You can ignore everything I said, they'll roll out the red carpet for you. If you have a "good" credit rating with a little debt dating back to 6 years ago, excellent rental history and no bankruptcies or collection accounts - best of luck. It's a roll of the dice if they'll approve. If not, you'll get the $300 back....in a couple weeks.

I love living here. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are phenomenal. Rent is a little high, but the amenities and quality are high as well.
