Maintenance
Gary is the best maintenance man. Fast service and very friendly and very knowledgeable. Office staff is great too. A great place to live

Great turnaround
The Arbuckle has improved tremendously over the last two months. The office staff, housekeeping and maintenance have worked extremely hard to perfect the place.

Great Place
Rent is fairly priced for what you get. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are also several community events for those who like to participate. Overall a great place to live.
