I had such a smooth and simple process with my application and learning about the community thanks to the wonderful team! April helped me out so much and answered any questions I had and even took the time to get on a video call to show me around the entire complex! I really appreciate the team for being so supportive and prompt in responding to all my calls and emails. The complex itself is also so beautiful and homey!

New manager is great, but still a few annoying things. Taylor is a huge breath of fresh air and the two maintenance guys are awesome. The text updates are far more valuable than messages on that terrible Loft Living app. My biggest frustrations are a result of tenants, but I'm confident these issues can be fixed easily. 1) The garage door situation is terrible. Fine/charge people that hit and damage the doors, don't punish the rest of us that can drive by blocking doors and driving paths. … 2) The package room is always a disaster. I walk by the office often and there is almost always someone sitting in there. It would take 10 min every day to go in there and organization the room. Also, some quality labeling and a better shelf system with a note to delivery people would go a long way. 3) Some trash, but mostly recycling left in the rooms with the chutes. Almost every time I see boxes left in the room there is an address label on it. Fine these people and they will stop violating simple rules. The same goes for the dog poop. Put up more cameras and fine these people. A few other minor observations: the grill brushes are worthless and need to be replaced regularly, the toilet paper in the first floor bathroom is often out over the weekend, and the doors by the stairwells by both elevators have a fob entry security but those doors are never locked.
