Parking is a real problem if you work evenings/nights. More than once I have come home to find ZERO parking spaces available . I've had to start going to my sister's house to sleep on the nights I can't find parking because it was too cold to park blocks away in the middle of the night. Hopefully when the weather is warmer walking won't be an issue. But just know you will be walking if you live here. Aside from that everything about this place is wonderful!
