Outstanding customer support Cosmopolitan team is very good and provided me a very good support. This is way I always would like to treated as a customer and Cosmopolitan has very good process/procissões but they demonstrated that the most important think is have customers happy and make easier their move-in process..

Human agents were great, AI agents weren’t helpful The human I met to tour the faculty was wonderful and informative. But, seems the whole communication platform I set up with AI, so I have no way to contact the said human. I responded to an email that I thought was a real person and…..crickets. Tried to call and the bot didn’t recognize my question, so it just ignored me and hung up. I guess they’re trying to appear super modern, but it’s really just laughable.

Louis is amazing We had an emergency flooding in the apartment on a Sunday, Louis was very helpful, fast to respond and fixed the apartment issues with grace.
