Not pleased We have not started off on a good note. It was clear as soon as I came into the townhome on the first day that no one had done a walk-through. I immediately called and it took about four days to get a painter out to go over all of the previous owners wear and tear-when the painter didn’t even go through the whole place. The air has not been working correctly since I moved in and it got worse as the heat index went up. I put a work order in on August 31 and still to this day I have no… answers on what is wrong with my air. no portable AC machine has been brought to my place or even a fan, I have two young girls and there is a current heat advisory till Fri.

New Windows Thank you so much for installing the new windows and doors! The workers were awesome. They were considerate and professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. I love the white. I can't believe what a difference it makes. Thank you to all involved. Good job!

A/c out A/c out for about a month. Horrible communication about repairs, asked for upper management for a call. Never even responded to any messages I left.

I requested the water heater to be fixed and it was replaced., however I requested the toilet to be fixed and it was not. It is still running. I also asked that the caulking around the bathtub be fixed and it has not.
I am very happy with the water heater!
