The Hub at Nora

I have lived here for years; they have yet to renovate all the apartments, they have yet to build a pool we can all enjoy, they have yet to build a gym, they have yet to build BASIC LAUNDRY FACILILTIES, they have yet to fix the signs, lampposts, and speed bumps (that everyone but me drives around), so this whole complex looks like a garbage dump. The local staff is rude, maintenance is slow, there is only one entrance which is right by a busy school, and the "new" apartments are built like the… people involved didn't know how to measure anything, plus they pave over things like where an internet source should be. This really is the worst place to live, the girls at the office when you move in are very friendly, after you move in, pay they bring out their true personality, the apartments don't have any air conditioning, you ask for help at the office and they simply tell you that they are busy and can't help you, on pay days the office is always closed so that the days go by and they can overcharge you, they close the office whenever they please, they never keep to their hours, rotten water comes out of… the ground floor and they never do the math, you ask for a document or the key to the mailbox and it takes them up to 3 months to give it to you, they are awful insects. When we first toured the apartments it was so nice. When it was time for us to move in the apartment looked nothing like the one we toured. The windows were very old and hard to open. The maintenance is absolutely terrible we had told one of the maintenance workers about our screen in our bedroom window and he said he would have to get a ladder to fix it and never came back to fix it. Maintenance will also walk in your house and get your floors dirty and not clean up after themselves. It also… took 7 months for us to get our new patio door after we had put the request in not too long after we had moved in. They also say that they will have pest control come in to get rid of the bugs but they never come. These apartments have a huge problem with bugs and roaches. I would not recommend moving into these apartments. I can say that Blake is very nice and will try her best to fulfill your needs. I just moved in and I already want to leave. It's so loud outside from car stereos, yelling, reving engines, people hanging out outside. If you want any sort of quiet, peaceful place to live, I would highly recommend not moving in here.
