Woods at Oak Crossing

I lived in a 3641 Building for two years in a new renovated apartment. The first year I had no problems the second year I started getting roaches and I couldn’t get them to stop. The office was notified. They have a bug control company. That’s really not good. He will come in and set gel. The gel didn’t work the bugs got so bad in that apartment I had to move out. After talking to residence, the entire building had problems with bugs.

The women here are absolutely amazing!
They have done everything for me & made it work all in a timely manner especially with all of renovation going on.

new management, they are redoing the insides and outside. Ladies in office are helpful and i can tell they are putting effort in to better the apartments. residents don’t treat the property/complex with respect.

The office staff was so welcoming and helpful. They were awesome.

Management tells you one thing and does another worst place I have ever lived!!! Please search somewhere else or just be prepared to deal with untrustworthy people!!!!!
