Issue with a ceiling fallen in the furnace room and issue with the air conditioner, making a rattling noise when you cut it on Issue with the furnace room ceiling falling have not been attended to yet over two weeks since the report was made. Issue with furnace making a rattling noise was reported five days ago have not been attended to yet.

MAINTENANCE I did not have a bad experince. I picked four out of five, and I feel that that is a good review. Service is always prompt, and everybody is very nice and very helpful and I appreciate it.

Move in Move in was okay Very little information was given. Contradictory documents were given. The paperwork said valet trash was free the first year lease says otherwise. Saw several cockroaches in the hallway to which the office has not responded to any of my emails and it’s been days.

Same day water issue fixed :) Submitted a ticket around 8am, it was fixed before I got home from work. This is how all my maintenance requests have gone.

Much appreciated, your maintenance staff deserves a raise :)
