Do not move here
New resident, just hit one month. The layout and rooms are nice and that’s it. It has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. Upon moving in, there have been an excessive amount of issues. Biggest issue is black mold on back of both toilets that I’m currently attempting to have management replace. Maintenance came and cleaned but issue is still there. They have said this is a “house cleaning issue” and won’t be replaced as the toilets “function perfectly” despite it being a... health concern. This could not have been caused during my short time here, it was an issue that was missed dealing with all the other items falling apart.
I’ve had to have the dryer, washing machine, and a stove burner replaced. Leaks in bathroom sink, dishwasher not drying/cleaning, bathtub faucets and stoppers not sealed properly and literally unattached, cracks in bathroom fixtures, broken window lock, plus spiders everywhere despite multiple pest control visits. I have never experienced so many problems in an apartment before. Regretting my decision to live here and would advise others to seek elsewhere.
