Great complex I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment community overall. The location is excellent — it’s convenient to get to just about everything I need, which has made daily life much easier. The property manager is wonderful and very responsive, which truly makes a difference as a resident. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled professionally and promptly.
Maintenance has been especially impressive. Requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently, and the... maintenance technician is incredibly kind and respectful. It’s always reassuring to know that issues are addressed right away and by someone who clearly takes pride in their work.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The community feels very dark at night. When I first moved in, there were decorative lights wrapped around the trees at the entrance that helped illuminate the area. While those lights are still there, they no longer seem to light up, and the entrance and walkways feel noticeably darker than before. Improving the lighting would greatly enhance safety and visibility for residents, especially at night.
Another concern is occasionally seeing dog waste around the complex. This is unsanitary and can pose health risks, including the spread of intestinal parasites and diseases. More enforcement of pet waste cleanup or additional reminders for pet owners could help keep the community cleaner and healthier for everyone.
Overall, this is a great place to live, and I’ve had a very positive experience here. With improved lighting and better attention to pet waste, this community would be even better
