    Horrible Experience

    Horrible experience living there. Terrible soundproofing and when you complain about loud neighbors they push it off to metro security for “documentation” but they will not confront nor hold anyone responsible. They will offer to move you to the 4th floor (which is more money both in rent and heating/cooling) as a solution. Multiple car break-ins. KCKPD has told management to install cameras. They’ll spend money on locking the dumpsters and recycling so the neighboring complex won’t have access… which then leads to people dumping trash on the sides and in front of the dumpsters.
