The management is the worst management I have worked with in 13 years of renting apartments. I know pretty much every apartment has a review that management is awful but Asset Management Group is hands down the worst. They do not follow up with maintenance requests even after multiple calls and emails to both management and maintenance. They don’t take care of their property it’s dirty inside and out and has dog poop everywhere in the grass. They let residents smoke in the apartments even... though this is against the lease agreement and the smell will come up through the washer/dryer. They have had multiple plumbing issues. Has inadequate heating in the winter and inadequate air conditioning in the summer. They had an accounting error on their end when we first moved in as they lost one of our checks and then proceeded to charge us late fees 6 months later for all 6 months. Even after we talked one on one with management they still charged us late fees for the next two months that had to be corrected. I would never rent from Asset Management Group EVER! Read More
