Good management
I am grateful for Ms. Shalleena who are working hard to maintain our community quiet, clean, and healthy environment. Also, she is seeking always to make fun and enjoyable events with gifts and candies for adults and kids. I greatly appreciate her efforts.

Horrible
The property managers do not care about you. The building is old so a lot of problems occur and when they do they are bad at fixing and they are super lazy. Then when you come to them for help they ignore you. Do not stay here if you care about your health. Took them 2 weeks to clean up mold that they caused and then two months to fix my AC unit.

Unqualified customer service personnel
I made an appointment for 4pm on 06/25/2024
they confirmed 1 hour before,
I responded that I would be there at the office and they made me wait 1 hour and never responded!

New management is just horrible
This used to be a cute little friendly place. This is now taken over by a new management company. They hiked the price of everything and fired most of the old people. You have to be vigilant about spurious and surprise charges on your bill. This is not worth it. There are plenty of options available nearby. Avoid.
