Clean and quiet

Really nice apartment. Clean, quiet, people keep to themselves. Maintenance is quick to respond and I like that it's privately managed. Manager seems to know everyone well and care. It's also super close to the state line so it's nice because its cheaper to live in Kansas but I work in Missouri. I've lived here for 2 years and never had an issue.

HORRIBLE!!!!

Terrible Management!!!! Very unprofessional!!! If you are thinking of moving in, please don’t! Mananger is very rude! They want to charge you for every little thing, handy man doesn’t do his job. Everything is literally falling apart!
