The Seven Two Apartments

The only good thing about this place is the Flate Utility Rate. That's it. I was here for 1 year and I have been receiving shoddy service, a somewhat acceptable one-person apartment, and intermittent maitenance.

1. I put in a report that my bathtub was leaking. And they did respond back and did fix it. But when they turned on the water, the water pressure broke the plug to turn on the showerhead. And this went on, without being fixed, for several months. Not even 2 - 3 months. I'm saying 7 - 8... months with little response.

2. They recently changed the Apartment Managers and the service that I've gotten from the new apartment manager has been pretty low quality. No calls, emails, or paper notices.

3. They had a good series of power outages, that it fried my Microwave that I bought. And not only that, there was only one functoning thing from the oven, and that was the Stovetop. The actual oven and the broiler was not working since the day I moved in. And when I made a report about it, nothing was done.

There's a lot of other problems, but those are the biggest ones while living there. Only come here if there are no other available apartments in your location. Please look somewhere else.

Great place to live, very reasonable for ones bubget, friendly neighbors. I love living here.
