Loved here for a year and Orion Property Group took over during my lease. They lost my keys at checkout and tried gaslighting me to pay a lost key fee. Maintenance was terrible and property manager is impossible to get ahold of. Security here is a joke my car was broken into twice and there were multiple cars stolen from the parking lot. Property is unsafe. Management makes promises they never keep.

This was the first place I moved to from my parent's house when I turned 18. I haven't had any problems with it in the 8-9 months I've been here. The parking lot can be a bit inconvenient with how it's shaped, but usually it's easy to find a spot close enough to your building. My only issues are that there isn't any bedroom lighting so I had to get a lamp, there aren't that many outlets in the bedroom or the living room, and (even though they aren't responsible for this) the parking lot for the… apartments to the east of Eddingham can be quite noisy at any given time (I've been woken up by noise from there at all hours of the night). The laundry room is small, but works, and I haven't used the pool but it seems decent. To be honest I don't even know where the exercise facility is, but I've heard it's not worth going to anyway. Over all I've been quite satisfied with my stay here- one thing is beware of them matching you with a roommate. I couldn't afford my own apartment at first, so I moved into one of their options where you and another person have separate leases but live together. My roommate is nice enough, but our living styles (mostly cleanliness) don't work well together. My advice is to either be on your own or bring your own roommate. Read More

First off. There arent any lights in the bedrooms and the switches do nothing, the place over all is extremely dark so plan on buying extra lamps. Second, they are always coming in and out to inspect or do something which is extremely annoying. They claim to work with you on contracts but they do nothing of the sort. You can never seem to get ahold of the front office even if you leave a message. They try to get you to leave before your contract is technically up so watch out! Their fitness… center is laughable.
