We love it here! We are on the third floor having southeast. The sunrises in the morning are magnificent through our large windows! The kitchen is open and overlooks the golf course, the layout is ideal and the deck is nice too! Couldn’t be happier here!

Been here for 5 years and extremely worth it. Noise is minimal. Staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The amenities are beautiful and functional. Grateful for the last few years we've spent here.

Love "resort" living at Fairway Flats. So well managed and quiet. Maintenance team is on top of any requests, immediately. We have beautiful views of the golf course and love proximity to gym, golf and social club.

So far it has been a great experience! staff is friendly. I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking on occasion but other then that its relatively quiet.
