Hawthorn Place Townhomes

The apartments are dirty, the townhomes themselves were poorly built and the walls are paper thin. We've been treated to the sounds of very young children at all hours of the night.

A week after moving in, we discovered that strange black sludge would come out of the faucets of the bathtub. Took over a month to get matinece to look at it. They told us that it was because the water heater still had RECALLED PARTS in it. No, they still have not fixed it

The toilet sprung a leak once too. Got... water all over the upper floor. We called in an urgent request. Took two days to get someone there to even look at it.

We've been charged fees for things that were not described on the lease, the heat and AC barely work, and nothing will ever be done about the forest of weeds in your tiny courtyard area
