Beware

I looked many places before moving to Lorimar. I liked the look of the finishes and appliances that I saw online and in person. It's just too bad that the unit I ended up in didn't have most of them. Upgraded laminate countertops-nope. Smooth surface stove top - nope. Matching appliances - nope (some white, some black), mismatched countertops, dirty blinds, no drain plugs in the sink or tub upstairs. I could go on. Learn from me. Do not be trusting. Ask to see the unit you will have or go... elsewhere. It's not worth the risk of getting far less than you expected.

Lorimar, a great place to live

I have been living at Lorimar Townhomes for about 6 months now, and I absolutely love my townhome. I moved in with all new appliances, and when I noticed an issue with my freezer and brought it up to my landlord he was on it and it was taken care of quickly. Any issue that my roommate and I have mentioned has been taken care of very promptly. The only thing that I found disappointing is the fact that we have them 3 months before we moved in, and they still were waiting for screens for our... windows. It was one of those things that o felt should have been ready. Other than that the management is quick and the guys are always very nice and pleasant.
