The floor coverings are all linoleum, so there is absolutely no noise barrier between the units. I can hear the neighbors every footstep at all hours of the day and night. I can also hear their conversations. I have to pound on the ceiling almost every night just so I can get about five hours of sleep.

Also, the parking lot has parking spaces that are very narrow, it's hard to park and get out/in the vehicle easily. The monthly rent is affordable, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Here's why my renting experience here was terrible: multiple times throughout the winter, the heat stopped working. The landlord took several days to fix the issue, and did maintenance himself instead of calling a professional. Soon after, there was a gas leak, which according to the maintenance worker who fixed this, was caused by the landlord. The landlord was given a sheet that said the furnace was dangerous and needs to be replaced, but it never was and the heat does not work to this day.... The hot water also did not work for an entire week. Other issues include incredibly thin walls, the upstairs neighbors' every step can be heard, and their laughter and conversation (even if they do not party). The deposit is expensive, and even after thorough cleaning and no damage, you will not receive a significant portion of it.
