I've been calling for over a week to get my apartment dryer fixed, and they only say they repair emergency items and that I have to wait my turn. I pay my rent on time, but if I'm more than a day late, they charge extra. They should have a system in place for repairing and addressing property damage. My contract includes the washer and dryer, and they justify it by saying I can do my laundry at a building near my apartment. I'm allergic to animal fur, so I can't use other washing machines; it... irritates my skin. I don't think it's fair of The Wilder to treat its customers. I don't recommend this place.

Whatever you do, don’t live here.
Black mold is everywhere, the property owners don’t care. It is by far the worst living experience of my entire life. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Overpriced and Problematic
If you’re going to live in a dump, you don’t want to pay these prices for the opportunity. Rent goes up almost $200 a month every year. They have a constant roach problem. Maintenance never fixes an issue unless you call and bother them repeatedly and even then it’ll be three months. There’s garbage in the hallways, in the parking lot, and police come by regularly. The plumbing breaks all the time and leaks don’t get fixed. If I were paying $500 less per month, I’d say I’m getting my money’s... worth, but for this price I should get something clean that isn’t infested with bugs.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I’ve been a resident for almost a year now, I’ve already signed a new lease to move as soon as this one’s up. I’ve had every issue over the rainbow here- black mold, bugs, falling closet shelves, loud neighbors and my shower regurgitating sewage. The office staff is rude and lazy and I don’t think they know what they are doing. The resident portal has been changed 4 times since I moved here. I’ve had nothing but rude, unprofessional behavior from office staff and I had a spider crawl on my face... last week.

All they do is lie and take your money
Lived here for almost a full year and have had nothing but trouble with this complex, ROACHES every day i have to squish 5-6, we are very clean people but the neighbors are filthy, parking non existent, maintenance requests pile up and a single one has not been taken care of. The office doesnt care about anything except the money, the office looks ok but they apartments are trashed to say the least do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
