Maintenance is great Carmon is great! Measuring doors to replace my lock got my hot water going and fix the garbage disposal leak! Very perfesonal and friendly.

Staff was great up until we agreed to move there, then they stopped caring to do their jobs. They are notorious for not picking up the phone or calling back when you leave a voicemail. Moved in to a very unready apt, had several maintenance requests right off the bat. They closed early on our move in date so they left our keys in the unit unlocked. Went to move in the cleaning lady was still in there and then we realized she didn’t even clean it throughly. Maintenance has been on top of it but... other than that, would not recommend.

Terrible Service

The office is basically unreachable. They also keep shutting off my building's water in the mornings with no notice whatsoever, often for hours at a time. Just completely inconsiderate.
