Beautiful

Living at Adara Overland Park has been a fantastic experience from day one. The entire team consistently provides outstanding customer service and creates a welcoming atmosphere for residents. The office staff is approachable, knowledgeable, and always quick to follow up whenever assistance is needed. They also have a fantastic maintenance team. Service requests are handled promptly, communication is excellent. It's reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and resolved efficiently… .

The community is also exceptionally well-maintained. The grounds, amenities, and shared spaces are kept clean and attractive, which makes a noticeable difference in everyday living. I appreciate the attention to detail and the pride the staff takes in maintaining the property.

I would absolutely recommend Adara Overland Park to anyone looking for a place to call home.

A Great Place to Live

I’ve had a great experience living at Adara Overland Park. The office team is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance. The maintenance team is outstanding. Service requests are completed quickly, the staff is courteous, and the work is always done right the first time. The grounds are well maintained, the amenities are clean, and the community feels safe and welcoming.

Love My Home

I love living at Adara. The apartments are beautifully updated with modern finishes and well-kept common areas, the pool is my favorite spot. The location is excellent — close to shopping, walking trails and easy access to for my family to get through the city for sports. Best of all, the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!
