Worst Property in KC
Living at Centennial Park has been an absolute nightmare! My home was supposed to be renovated ahead of moving in. The renovation was never finished, I had no water, outlets didn’t work, projects incomplete, toilets weren’t even installed. No one from the leasing office even came down to apologize. I received a one time $500 credit. I spent three times that fixing issues they refused to address or brushed off.
The home was infested with bugs and this issue was also ignored. I’ve placed three... work orders for my heat and nothing ever gets fixed. Stay as far away from this property as you can!! I have given them more than enough chances to resolve these issues and am reporting them to the U.S. Department of Housing.

Please know that we have made multiple efforts to address your concerns and continue working toward making your home a place you can feel comfortable in. We understand that the initial condition of your home and the delays in completing repairs fell short of expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the pest concerns and exterior conditions, we want to be transparent that these items are included in our community improvement plans. While they are budgeted for 2026, they are scheduled for later in the year. In the meantime, we are still happy to submit additional service requests and explore any interim solutions that may help improve your experience.
We also take your concerns about heating and maintenance very seriously. If these issues are still ongoing, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can resolve the matter and ensure it is addressed as quickly as possible.
