Great property, location, and team

I’ve been fortunate to live here for several years and it’s been great. The property is well kept, the apartments are nice and modern, the location is amazing, and the office/maintenance team have always be ready to help. Their monthly newsletters are always a delight. When the pandemic hit, they did everything they could to accommodate tenants while adhering to safety protocols. This place is home for me and I’m so grateful for it.

Top Notch in Overland Park

We moved here after recommendations from our friends. The layouts are great. We live in a one bedroom, one bath. It has high ceilings, which make it feel bigger, and an open layout with room for a living room, dining room, a kitchen and a big island. When you live in an apartment you will always have a request for maintenance, and true to form from the other recommendations the maintenance staff is second to none. Joe and his staff are amazing. Things are fixed in a timely manner, and even… a follow up call is made to make sure you are happy with the repair. There was even a little note with 2 pieces of candy left on the counter saying they had come by and fixed our shower.

The mix of people is good, a lot of young professionals, it is very quiet, we have never heard a TV or stereo coming through the walls.

Happy so far.

I have just lived at Crowne Chase for a month, but am happy with the apartment and staff so far. I have had only 1 maintenance request, and it was responded to quickly. Office staff have been good about answering any questions I had. One of the few downsides is that parking is limited in the evenings. I recommend the complex.

AHHMAZINGG

This apartment complex is amazing! So clean, so well lit and very, very comfortable. It's located in the heart of main street, with food, entertainment and downtown KC just minutes away! Great access to the highway and easy exit and entry onto the main street! The pool is Beautiful with trees for privacy! The Main office feels so homey and very welcoming, not to mention the FREE office and movie rental. They are so tenant appreciative that each month or every few months there is something new… for us! I've come home to wonderful notes on my door, and even was given snacks. The balcony is so large that I can fit an entire outdoor furniture set and my plants. The Storage space outside the apartment is one of the largest I've seen in this area. I've never felt more happy or more at home.
