Villas at Carrington Square

Everyone from the Maintenance team to the office staff are very friendly and professional. They strive to make "Villas" a community for all to enjoy living here.

No issues so far! Front desk can be hard to get a hold of every now and then, but typically quiet community with very attentive maintenance staff!

I've been living at Villas at Carrington Square since 2023 and have renewed my lease once. I absolutely love the staff, from the leasing agents Maria and LeeAnn to the maintenance crew, Justin, Matthew, and David. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I truly love it here. They are all fantastic. The community activities and fundraisers for local charities are a great touch, and the amenities are top-notch.

The neighborhood is wonderful, and the location is very convenient. Everyone… who visits my apartment always compliments how spacious it is, the 9-foot ceilings that really open up the space, the bay windows in the dining area, the huge closets, and the beautiful paint, wall trims, and crown moldings. My brother moved in earlier this year, and he and his girlfriend love it here as well. They receive the same compliments.

Excellent service from the office staff. Beautiful place to be! I am enjoying my stay and anxious to see what summer time brings at the pool!
