Go somewhere else

There is/was mold in my unit. I visited with neighbors and they experienced the same mold issues. My apartment smelled horrendous/moldy/musty towards the end, from the mold. I also paid a $300 pet deposit from which they deducted the cost they should have paid to replace the carpet due to the mold, rather than passing the bill on to me, and they refuse to return the majority of deposit. I had to put my dog down shortly after making the pet deposit, and the dog never stepped foot in the apartment… . They altered the lease agreement to manipulate the pet deposit to serve as admin fees so they could keep it. Didn't expect to be treated like that and ripped off after being a good tenant for nearly 6 years. Shiesty. Over-priced for the no more than what they are. You can find better elsewhere. Glad to be out.

Thank you again for your feedback. As we have discussed in detail, all of the deposits and fees were fully outlined in your original lease agreement as well as all 5 signed renewal leases after that. I have provided photos of your soiled carpet as… well as offered to meet with you to see it. You never notified the office of any mold issue until you moved your washing machine out and did not cap the connections causing water damage in September 2023. It is not possible to manipulate or change the lease agreement after you have signed it. Please refer to my emails again and thank you for the feedback.

My apartment are OK, I like them. They are doing alot to fix up the apartment and are 80% friendly and nice.

Whispering Hills in Overland park,Ks

i have lived here for 8 years the Management has changed since i have been here .we have a Manager now that is a Very hard worker .She really comes from behind the desk and pitches in when needed on the property and changes clothes she paints ,cleans etc etc While also managing the 369 unit property . We love dogs here our manager and staff are friendly helpful. Then management give hugs to us every once and a while group hugs some times we all need a hug .I like it here .Now we are renovating… .Great new Apts . thank you you to the Staff...........................The Management team works together well .If it isn't Broke Don't Fix it .It works well..

Great schools and area

Great management, always helpful and if any problems occur they are taken care of within a timely manner. For the most part neighbors are nice, parking is a problem. School district is great and easy access to major highways, food, and shopping. Love the indoor pool.

wonderful apartments

whispering hills is one of the best apartments at the reasonable price. Living here is a very good experience.Apartments are spacious.If any problem occurs it will be fixed immediately. Management is really good.If you once live in this apartments you won't leave it.
