They confirmed twice with me for an 11 am showing. Then at 11:03 when they weren’t there, said they were on their way and that they were sorry for being late. We waited until 11:10 and left. They finally texted saying they’d be there at 11:45 and asked us to wait. Listen to the bad reviews people, this management company is garbage. The place was a dump too on the outside, I would’ve stayed a little longer if it was even remotely peaking my interest. Thanks for making my decision easy!

The address they provide on King street is not the address that is available. They outside of the buildings look AWFUL to say the least. When I scheduled an appointment for a tour texted the morning of and gave me the excuse the floors are getting fixed and ask to reschedule. Then they were a no-show for the second showing, didn’t even call to let me know... they weren’t going to show up. The address they gave me to get a tour was a duplex that is already rented out, and the person wasn’t planning on moving any time soon. The person indicated the management company has sent people to his address before but he isn’t moving. He isn’t sure why they keep giving out his address. I had already applied to a unit going off the pictures they provided saying it would be available in a month, only to find out later the unit isn’t actually going to be available any time in the near future. They were fast taking my money to apply but then get increasingly difficult to communicate with, they don’t answer the phone, call or text back in a timely manner. Place was filthy and nothing works do not move in.

Pretty much what the headline says. I scheduled a viewing which was cancelled for no reason and was rescheduled. It then went on to be rescheduled 6 more times. Never a reason why, always 2 weeks out or more. Always canceled 2-4 days before. Finally spoke with someone today and was told they’re still putting in flooring. I said that’s fine then did she know a day that’s good for viewing since the house was still being worked on. She said to call “Just back in a couple weeks.” And hung up on me.... There’s no one else to talk to. The numbers I was given sent me to another complex. The lady I was texting didn’t seem to care. And the lady who called me was flat out rude.
