Summit Shawnee Apartments are really coming together. I like the camaraderie of the new staff, Ceyla, Marlon, and Mr. T. I'm sure with a little patience, we tenants will all be satisfied. I love the new outdoor lighting and pool set up. It's been needed for a long time. Thank you.

I moved to this apartment on August 2016.
The basis of our choice was security, tranquility and fast and 24/7 services.
The ethics and attitude of the staff here are excellent and honest. pets control spraying and maintenance programs are regular and accurate. And the most importantly is the safety and security of the residents.

The customer service is the best, they have 24-hour maintenance and the apartments are super clean and beautiful, we love my family and our princess and the school in May and we have everything we are so happy we arbor square apartments

Arbor square

I moved in late February early March and it was good in until late April early March , my friend and I start to notice that the hot water would be turned into and we would never get a notice saying that it had been cut off we have call and asked what was going on but we got no answer the first time finally I called the next morning and they told us that main hot water tank down stairs in the basement was not working and it would have to be replaced. It took them I would say 3-4 days to fix it… but we frequently are something with out hot water. Another problem that just started up is roaches they have started to come in just one month ago and have been poping up ever since then this comes from betting new people in the building we asked for them to spray it took them a whole month to come here and spray which takes place on the 3rd and to be honest it got bad right after they sprayed they use a maintenance work to spray for bugs not a real extermanater. Needless to say I fill not be staying here another year.

Arbor Square is under new managment since January 2016. We have a communication system now where we can send out messages through text, phone call or email. The preferred method is determined by the resident. This allows us to notify residents of… any water shutoffs or other types od communication within seconds. We have also changed our pest control company recently and are seeing very positive results for those units with issues. Arbor Square Management

We have made some changes since 2015. A new manager took over January 2016. We now have a communication system where we can notify residents by phone, text or email of any water shutoffs and other communications ahead of time. We use this sytem… whenever we are informed that the water will be shutoff. If we are made aware of any pest situations we have a professional exterminator take care of the situation until gone. We are sorry that you had these issues and we strive to keep making Arbor Square a good place to call home.

Arbor Square has made some positive changes regarding your situations. We now have a communication system that allows the office to notify residents immediately with a text, email or phone call when we have emergency water shutoffs. We do try to… give a 24 hour notice when not an emergency. This past year we changed out all of our hot water tanks from electric to gas. This gives a steady flow of hot water and I might add we do have great water pressure. The exterminators are here every two weeks it should have not taken a month to take care of your needs. Our exterminators are fantastic and take care of any issues every two weeks. Every two weeks our buildings are on a regular rotation preventative schedule and if a resident has an issue and that building is not scheduled for that week, we can add them on to the current schedule. We really stive to make our residents happy and we hope you have experience these postive changes. Arbor Square Management
