Summit Shawnee

Summit Shawnee Apartments are really coming together. I like the camaraderie of the new staff, Ceyla, Marlon, and Mr. T. I'm sure with a little patience, we tenants will all be satisfied. I love the new outdoor lighting and pool set up. It's been needed for a long time. Thank you.

I moved to this apartment on August 2016.
The basis of our choice was security, tranquility and fast and 24/7 services.
The ethics and attitude of the staff here are excellent and honest. pets control spraying and maintenance programs are regular and accurate. And the most importantly is the safety and security of the residents.

The customer service is the best, they have 24-hour maintenance and the apartments are super clean and beautiful, we love my family and our princess and the school in May and we have everything we are so happy we arbor square apartments

I moved in late February early March and it was good in until late April early March , my friend and I start to notice that the hot water would be turned into and we would never get a notice saying that it had been cut off we have call and asked what was going on but we got no answer the first time finally I called the next morning and they told us that main hot water tank down stairs in the basement was not working and it would have to be replaced. It took them I would say 3-4 days to fix it... but we frequently are something with out hot water. Another problem that just started up is roaches they have started to come in just one month ago and have been poping up ever since then this comes from betting new people in the building we asked for them to spray it took them a whole month to come here and spray which takes place on the 3rd and to be honest it got bad right after they sprayed they use a maintenance work to spray for bugs not a real extermanater.
