Each space has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests can be on the premises at any given time. This property does not accept mail or package deliveries. The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. Only certified service animals are allowed, and breed and pet restrictions are subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking if authorized. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties after approval. All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the original lockbox. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by guests, their visitors, or other persons present during the guests’ stay.
