Tina and Steve were on top of whatever was needed.
Both top notch!!
My only concern was that there are no security cameras at community
For everyone that lives there esp elderly and kids. Everyone should feel safe if something should happen!!!
But to my understanding none of the redwood communities have security cameras.

Sanctuary We had just experienced something I pray no one has to go through, we had a fire. We were unable to go home.
We stopped at Redwood to discuss the option of renting, that’s where we meet Tina. She was what Rob and I needed. She truly cared about our circumstance and she wanted to help.
She helped us with everything.
The community of Redwood gives you the peace you need. Beautiful people.
The apartments are spacious, stylish and comfortable. You never hear your neighbor.
Even though... Redwood wasn’t our forever home, it was home for a while.
We can’t say Thank You enough. We were truly blessed to have met Tina who is now family, and be a part of the Redwood Family.

Best Community Living in NKY We needed a place to stay for about 8 months. We really liked the layout of the complex, so decided to look into living there. From the first minute we met Tina to the day we moved out, Tina was there for us, her knowledge of the complex, area, contract, helping us deal with our Ins. and temporary housing Tina was there with all the right answers. , I have lived in many rental places, but Tina and Redwood goes above and beyond to make sure your living experience is... the best. Any Maintenance issues were handled immediately, Thank you Steve. Thank you so much Tina for being there for us through our time with Redwood.
