My appment ??

I have lived here 3 years I love it. The manger is great he is as some to work with. The office gril Becca is sweety. When you have a maintenance problem John is the best to take care of the. PROBLEM he is very great to fixet it. And really good at his job. I love his. Personality is great.

Roaches, bedbugs and steadily increasing rent.

Roach infestation in building 69xx that will never go away as much as you spray in the corners every couple of months. Once I looked down and saw the biggest roach I ever saw crawling up my leg. Bedbugs. Take a look how many mattresses are thrown out every week in the dumpsters. Rent increases every year but the living value never goes up. They took away our extra storage units in 69xx, threw away all of my stuff down there, and then never came back to remodel the storage units (fact). Many… neighbors leave litter and dog waste around. Watch out walking through the common area you might step in a fresh one. I suggested a policy for dealing with it but I guess it fell on deaf ears. Rent for a 2 bedroom is probably going to run you $700 a month for the first year and who knows after that. I am so glad to be free of this place, it feels like I have shed and entire layer of skin and I now feel clean again.

Just to go over a few topics you mentioned. Anytime… management is aware of pest issues in the apartments we take immediate action to resolve it. We expect residents to keep up after any messes left behind by their four legged friends and enforcement is a work in process. Finally, we understand that rent increases can be frustrating. This is something we monitor regularly for each of our communities. As demand changes in the surrounding area, we adjust our pricing. Again, we are focused on correcting concerns of all residents to ensure everyone enjoys living at this property. We want to wish you the best of luck in your new home.

Don't move here

Don't move here I live here now and it is getting bad here. The police is always here and they have started accepting section 8 I also heard there have been quite a few break ins and burglaries lots of shadey people around pick some where else to live
