They charge you a ridiculous online fee to just pay rent. Their amenities are subpar compared to other complexes close by. The gym is closed due to COVID-19 which I get but don’t act like your amenities are top notch. Parking is a pain with little options. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. The apartment itself is fairly nice, small for the price. The location is worth the price is everything is open (bars, restaurants, sports events.)

Monmouth row is a great place to live! There is such great community and it is so easy to meet people. Newport is such a fun area and people are always out and about doing things. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the levee or even to downtown Cincinnati. These apartments have great views of the city, the river, and even the fireworks from the Reds weekend games. The apartment complex is only a year old with all new appliances and spacious floor plans. There is a fitness center... open 24 hours and free parking ! Where do I start....Monmouth Row in Newport Ky is the place to be.everything is in walking distance, not only can you walk to the Newport Aquarium, all of the Sporting Events like Bengals and the Reds. Sit out and enjoy the Fabulous WEBN fireworks. So convient to great shopping, great restaurants. There's also a great restaurant in the complex called The Factory. They have a Resident Appreciation Happy Hour a great way to meet your neighbors. Now let me tell you about the park like grounds just... beautiful. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious with a huge walk in closet. Your own laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Very nicely equipped kitchen with a huge pantry. Lots of counter space and cabinets. You can either sit out and enjoy the scenery on your patio or balcony. Best of all if you have a 4 legged BFF under 40 lbs they are welcomed. We love it here! How do I say this without sounding like a party animal. I live 1 block from Newport on the Levee, shopping, dining, aquarium, festivals on the river to name a few. Also our Management team here is awesome. We have resident Happy Hours, company cruises. There's even a restaurant called the Factory in our building that serves amazing pastries, coffee, smoothies and they have Happy Hour with adult beverages, craft beers, German cruisine. Now my apartment with my 4 legged roommate has a huge walkin,... lots of cabinets, lots of lighting, laundry room, huge pantry in the kitchen. Not only is at beautiful place but the perfect location to be in. Park your car and walk to all the sporting events and concerts. Then when you just want to chill just sit on your patio or grill at the residents patio that's so beautifully furnished. Or have a party in the club room with the big screen TV.
