I do not recommend moving into these apartments under any circumstances. Living here has been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had.

The “amenities” they advertise are completely misleading. The gym and pool have not been open in years, yet they are still used as a selling point. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. I’ve been submitting requests for months and nothing ever gets fixed. I went the entire spring and summer without central air and the entire winter without heat,... which is not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable. When maintenance does show up, it’s never a real repair—just quick patch work that doesn’t solve the problem.

Management is another nightmare. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and constantly changing staff, which I can only assume is due to poor leadership. It’s nearly impossible to get consistent communication, and when you do, you’re often met with dismissiveness instead of help.

Meanwhile, rent continues to increase while the living conditions only get worse. Between the unsafe, poorly maintained property and the complete lack of care for residents, it’s clear that management is only concerned with collecting rent, not providing a livable community.

Please save yourself the stress, money, and frustration, do not move here. Read More

They only “cleaned” visible items. Oven was filthy when I moved it. Carpet was not clean. My air conditioning does not blow cool air. It’s not what being advertised. DO NOT RECOMMEND moving here!!!!

They are never in office, do not answer the phones, if you leave messages they never return them.

The WORST place to stay. They do not fix anything and when they do they use DUCT TAPE . They have ROACHES everywhere and will not do anything about it. Have a big hole it the wall in laundry room and still have not fixed it.
